PAYMENT
All items must be fully paid prior to shipment. Partial payment will be accepted as a deposit but full payment must be completed prior to shipping.

Payment can be by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Wire Transfer.

You may order on-line at our web site or you may phone us and we will take your information by phone.

SHIPPING
Items are normally shipped within 3 working days of order processing. In some cases longer delivery dates are listed under the product specifications.

Items are tested at our facility and repackaged.

Customer is responsible for taking delivery from the delivery truck to a desired location. Customer should ensure that he has appropriate help to move heavier items.

Customer delivery scheduling can be arranged with the trucking company. This service will be charged for.

Normal shipping times are between 5-7 working days from time of shipment. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers once the parcel departs our plant.

Overseas shipments that require customs clearance may cause further delays in shipping. All local taxes, customs clearance procedures etc are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the product BlueDog  cannot accept refunds or exchanges, "Please purchase seriously"

WARRANTY

All Products sold by Bluedog are warranted for a period of one year from date of order. The warranty covers any non wear item that proves to be faulty due to manufacturing defects.

Wear items are not warranted. Wear items are blades, bearings, pulleys, and  capacitors.

Damage caused by negligence or accident of whatever nature that is not a direct result of manufacturing defect is not covered and as such any required spare parts must be purchased by the customer.

In the case of a Warranty Claim BlueDog will decide whether to ship out the defective part replacement at BlueDog's cost or else to replace the unit. If the defective part is shipped , the customer will be required to disassemble the unit and replace the defective part. BlueDog will not be responsible for either time or any other costs associated with the replacement procedure.  If BlueDog chooses to replace the entire unit then the original unit must be returned to BlueDog prior to shipment of a replacement unit.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQs
Some custom products will require time to produce. The delivery of such items will be explained during the quote procedure.

Payment terms will be outlined as well. Due to the nature of the custom products full payment must be received prior to shipment.
